Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as one image conversion?
One credit is used each time you process an original image, regardless of how many output sizes or ratios you generate from it. For example, creating 5 different print sizes from one artwork uses just 1 credit.
What happens to unused credits?
Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits from previous periods do not roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What print sizes are supported?
We support all standard print ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 8:11, and A-series ISO) in both portrait and landscape orientations. All outputs are generated at 300 DPI for professional print quality.
