If you need smaller versions of the same ratio, the largest file covers it. But if you need a specific smaller size, PrintPrep can output that too.
300 DPI is a relationship between pixel dimensions and print size. If your source file is smaller than the target output, resizing it is only upsizing unless detail is properly reconstructed.
