These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AllGoodWeb and PrintPrep, operated by Bogart Computing LLC(“we,” “us,” “our”) at allgoodweb.com. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. This is a legally binding agreement.

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. The purchase, sale, or transfer of accounts is prohibited.
Credits are purchased through a subscription plan. Unused credits carry over when upgrading but reset upon plan renewal. Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Bogart Computing LLC, and not any third-party platform (including Etsy), is the sole entity providing AllGoodWeb to you and is solely responsible for invoicing, collecting fees, and remitting any applicable taxes.
You retain full ownership of any images you upload. We do not claim any rights to your artwork. Uploaded images are stored in your private account and are not accessible to other users. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use, process, and publish any images you upload, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
AllGoodWeb, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bogart Computing LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our platform or software.

AllGoodWeb offers an optional Etsy integration that allows you to publish digital download listings to your Etsy shop using the Etsy Open API. Use of this feature is subject to Etsy’s API Terms of Use and Seller Policy in addition to these Terms.
When you connect your Etsy shop, you authorize AllGoodWeb to create, update, and manage listings on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the content of all listings published through AllGoodWeb and for compliance with all Etsy policies. We access only the minimum Etsy API data necessary to publish listings on your behalf. You may disconnect your Etsy shop at any time from your Etsy settings page.

THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY BOGART COMPUTING LLC (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account with or without cause. If your account has had no activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months, we may treat it as inactive and delete it along with associated data.
If we discontinue AllGoodWeb or the Etsy integration, we will provide at least 30 days’ prior written notice to you and to Etsy sellers using the service. During that period, we will continue to maintain the service and provide transitional support.
We strive to keep AllGoodWeb available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary unavailability, including any impact on your Etsy shop or listings.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLGOODWEB IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BOGART COMPUTING LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OUTPUT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOGART COMPUTING LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bogart Computing LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right.
If you believe content on AllGoodWeb infringes your copyright, please notify us at info@allgoodweb.com with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) the location of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor entity.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bogart Computing LLC regarding the service.
Electronic Communications: By using AllGoodWeb, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email or notices posted on the site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
